The Alberta Government announced on March 1st that based on improving local trends of key COVID-19 indicators, the province will carry forward with Step 2 of Alberta's re-opening plan. However, most small businesses in Alberta, including us, did not receive the news that we anticipated to hear. Unfortunately, we are unable to make substantial transitions at this time to get back to operating business as usual.
However, at this time we feel that we can reduce restrictions on our end, to better accommodate our members and customers. Considering our hospitalization rates are well with under the benchmark that was required to carry forward with Step 2 of Alberta's re-opening plan, we feel confident that we can allow members and PAL holder non-members to bring a guest while still adhering to the current restrictions and occupancy rate of 15%. Effective immediately, members and PAL holder non-members are now permitted to bring a maximum of 1 guest.
Changes Effective Immediately:
-Members are permitted to bring 1 guest (licensed or un-licensed)
-Each range bay will have a maximum occupancy of 3 people
-We will be operating at 15% capacity. If we are at capacity, we will kindly put you onto a wait-list and ask you to wait outside or in your vehicle until we can assist you.
-We will encourage all customers to shop alone
-Range access will be permitted. Restrictions apply.
-No un-licensed groups will be allowed at this time
In this time:
-We continue to ask that you disinfect your hands with the hand sanitizing solution provided before entering the store. There is a hand sanitizing station set up at the front door of the facility.
-We will continue to require all customers to wear a face covering/mask as per the Provincial Government restrictions. We will continue to provide disposable face masks for customers. -We will adhere to the updated occupancy rate of 15%. If we are at capacity, we will kindly put you onto a wait-list and ask you to either wait outside or in your vehicle until we can assist you.
-We will continue to install medical grade HEPA filters into our ranges
-We will continue to practice social distancing -We will continue to implement vigorous cleaning routines for high traffic areas -We will continue to empower our employees when serving customers who are displaying any symptoms of illness. If you are visibly ill, we will kindly ask you to re-schedule your visit to our facility.
